Conveyor Units Ltd, as the name implies are manufacturers of standard units of Gravity Roller, Skatewheel, Powered Roller Lineshaft, high speed under belt drive, Belt and Pallet Handling Conveyor systems. We offer all products in a variety of widths and types to accommodate unit loads ranging from small cartons to 2000Kg. pallets. To complement our equipment we also provide various ancillary items for use with our standard products.

All the equipment in the range is modular in design, and together with the extensive range of ancillary equipment we offer, enables the user to make a tailor made system to meet their customers’ specific requirements.

We have been successfully manufacturing conveyor equipment since 1963, during which time we commenced manufacture of the first Lineshaft driven powered roller accumulation conveyor in the U.K. Due to the attention given to component manufacture and with its in-built design characteristics, the system is very quiet and safe in operation compared with other types of conveyor. A considerable amount of thought and constructive modifications have been made to its design. Improved manufacturing techniques have taken place to make us today the number one, Original Equipment Manufacturer of UNI-XU Lineshaft Driven Powered Roller Conveyor, UNI-XU Flexible Conveyor, UNI-XU Gravity Conveyor, UNI-XU Belt Conveyor, UNI-XU Motorised Roller Conveyor and UNI-XU Pallet Handling Conveyor.

The company’s policy is to continue to improve our standard products and introduce new designs to enhance our range of products. The majority of components are manufactured in house apart from proprietary items such as electric motors, pneumatic cylinders and transmission timing belts, which gives us considerable advantage over our competitors with aspect to price, delivery and quality control which conforms to BS EN ISO 9002: 1994.
