With ever increasing demand for higher through puts and the necessity to sort products quickly and efficiently, Conveyor Units have responded to their customers demands by introducing a high speed bi-directional switch sorter which uses individually driven polyurethane wheels to quickly and efficiently remove products from the conveyor line.

The drive for this unit is taken from the existing lineshaft and thereby contributes to ensuring that this unit is cost effective. A multiplicity of units can be used to provide a complete sortation system. Available in inside track widths from 362mm to 762mm wide and fitting directly into Conveyor Units smooth clean line conveyor systems, this unit gives the conveyor design engineer an outstanding opportunity to further provide efficient solutions to conveying problems, using ‘standard’ conveyor components.
