Aluminium Profile Conveyor

" Come fly with me let's fly let's fly away..........." He may not be Frank Sinatra, but our Chairman is " Over the Moon " with our new Aluminium Profile Conveyor.

Conveyor Units has recently supplied 30 plus Conveyor systems for a major U.K. airport. We worked very closely with our customer to build what we believe is a state of the art security scanning Conveyor system.

The new Aluminium Profile conveyor system incorporated a new electric pusher unit using a Festo Servo motor. The conveyor was powered with Itoh Denki motorised rollers and UNI-XU slave rollers.

Micro V

We are also pleased to announce that in our new Aluminium conveyors, we are using the latest Belt Drive technology. Micro V belts use similar technology to that of the automotive industry. These belts offer years of high speed, maintenance free, silent running. Whilst we can still use rounds belts in our systems, for heavy or high speed applications, we recommend Micro V.

We have made a significant investment in tooling for the new Micro V rollers so that our customers can rest assured that our new products will be of the same reliable quality that they have become accustom to.
