Chain Driven Pallet Conveyor XU2000
Sideframes are manufactured from 4mm thick mild steel angle to form a box section 62mm wide x 181mm deep, which incorporates integral sideguide.Drive to the rollers is obtained by inter-connecting roller sprockets with precision 5/8” pitch chains. The sprockets and chains are situated inside the box section structure, which forms the required safety guarding. Each track length is supplied complete with connecting link to continue the drive at joint position and all required fixing points.

- Roller 89mm dia. X 2.9mm wall thickness. Bright zinc plated.
- 198.4mm roller pitch for pallet weights upto 1200Kg. 135mm roller pitch for pallet weights upto 1500Kg.
- Fitted with 15 tooth, 5/8” pitch sprockets.
- Sealed for life precision bearings.
- Fitted with guide discs.
- Three standard widths to suit 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm pallets.
- Pallet loads upto 2000Kg.
- Standard module length of 1389mm.
- 10mpm Standard linespeed utilising SEW Eurodrive geared motors. 0.25Kw for individual zones, 0.55Kw for transportation to drive upto 3 zones, dependant upon pallet weight.
