Provides clear pedestrian access for fire exits and occasional access – not recommended for continuous use.

Should the access width need to be increased, then two lift-up sections can be positioned back to back to give a ‘tower bridge’ arrangement, with one of the sections fitted with a swinging leg to provide support for the two sections to rest on.
