This latest expansion of Conveyor Units’ premises follows a record year of trading and strong confidence in future growth, with plans to increase manufacturing space, add scale and create full and part-time jobs over the coming months.
Ben Toye, Director, said:
“Following on from a record trading year in 2020, we not only need to bring in extra staff, but we made the decision to relocate our injection moulding facility from Stourport to Lye, creating the need for extra space at that site.”
Ben Continued: “The new unit is linked via a party wall, and we carried out works to create a link seamlessly between the two properties – we have also taken on a second unit to give us further warehousing – which is just a stone’s throw down the road!..”
With a growth strategy now in place to develop the business – as well a recent marketing investment to improve brand awareness within the market – 2021 looks set to be a busy year for the whole team at Conveyor Units.
Conveyor Units Ltd is already kicking off what looks to be a very busy 2021 confidently with a new contract for a large distribution depot for a globally renowned, internet, fashion, retail business.
